We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our watches and watch straps. Beginning from the date of purchase, we guarantee your watch and strap will be free of any and all defects from the manufacturer. General wear & tear, misuse, personal damage, and theft will not be covered by the warranty. This warranty does not cover purchases from unauthorized resellers.

Leather Goods Warranty

Our products are made from only the highest quality materials and built by experienced manufacturers. We stand by the quality of our Leather products 100%. Therefore, we offer a lifetime warranty for these hand-crafted, high-quality goods. This warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects.

General aging of the leather, misuse, personal damage, and theft will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover purchases from unauthorized resellers.

Hand-Painted Leather Goods and Exclusive Release Products

The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to the artwork that is painted on the backpack. It only applies to any manufacturing or Material defects to the Leather, Zippers, Hardware, Etc.
