What kind of leather is used for your leather products?

Here at SOFTLI we are absolutely obsessed with leather. Our Leather Goods products are the foundation of our brand, and thus we take pride in only sourcing the best leather for each of our individual products. 

The SOFTLI Leather Duffle Bag and The SOFTLI Leather Backpack are both made from premium Full Grain Crazy Horse Leather, also known as Saddle Leather.

The SOFTLI Leather Card Holders are made from Full Grain Napa Leather. Napa leather is known for its soft feel and durability.

Where are your leather products assembled?

Each of our hand-crafted products are manufactured in the same factories as high-end Luxury Brands, sourcing only the highest quality materials. 

We work with multiple manufacturers around the world and source our materials from many different countries. We have manufacturing locations in Europe and Asia, and source most of our leather and materials from Europe and Asia as well.

Are my leather products waterproof?

Your Crazy Horse Leather products are water resistant, but not waterproof. The wax on the leather helps to repel water. However, we recommend that you try to limit your SOFTLI Leather products exposure to water and other liquids. You can use a waterproofer of your choice to use on our products. PLEASE do your research before doing so.

Watches

How do I care for my watch?

Here are a few care instructions to ensure you keep your watch working properly and looking great.

  • To clean your watch, rub with a dry or damp cloth. Use water only if wetting a cloth.
  • Each watch is water resistant up to 5 ATM. DO NOT exceed the water rating on your timepiece.
  • Avoid extremely hot & cold temperatures as well as having your watch in direct sunlight for long periods of time, as this can negatively affect the performance and look of your timepiece.
  • We recommend servicing your watch every 18-24 months to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Are SOFTLI watches waterproof?

The water resistance on your SOFTLI timepiece is 5ATM, which means it is rain/splash resistant but should not be exposed directly to water or submerged in water.

We recommend taking off your watch before showering, bathing, swimming, or engaging in any activity that may involve prolonged exposure to water.

Please note that water damaged is NOT covered under our 24-month warranty.

What are SOFTLI watches made out of?

The casings of our watches are made of 316L Stainless Steel.

The dial is covered by Domed Sapphire Crystal which is second in hardness only to diamonds. This means you won't have to worry about scratching the crystal.

Our watch straps are made from either Italian Full Grain Leather or 316L Stainless Steel Mesh.

What type of movement is used?

All SOFTLI timepieces use a Swiss Ronda Quartz Movement

Can I wash my watchband?

Yes, To clean your leather bands from any spills or unwanted substance, use mild soap & water and rub with a damp cloth.

To clean your stainless steel mesh bands from any spills or unwanted substance, use soap & water and gently scrub with a toothbrush.

Is my watchband interchangeable?

Yes, all SOFTLI watches come equipped with quick release straps that are easily interchangeable!

Do you have any vegan options?

We do not currently have any vegan options available for the SOFTLI Paradigm 40mm. We have mesh straps available for the SOFTLI Paradigm 34mm.

What type of battery is used in my SOFTLI watch?

Placing an Order

Do you have any physical store locations?

We currently only sell our products online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, and Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX gift cards through our secure checkout system.


If you’re paying with PayPal Express Checkout, please keep in mind that your order will automatically ship to the address that’s associated with your PayPal account.

Can I split the payment across multiple credit cards?

Please email us at info@softliseattle.com if you need to do this. We will have to create two separate orders for you to use with each of your cards.

Is my order secure?

Yes! Our website uses industry-standard security measures to ensure privacy and security of your information. Your provided information is temporarily transmitted using SSL technology and then encrypted.

Can I change my order once I’ve already placed it?

Please email info@softliseattle.com if you need to cancel or change your order. We typically ship product out within 24 hours of your purchase, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I place and order for an item that is out of stock?

You will not have the option to order any items that are out of stock

How can I track my order?

You will receive emails and/or text messages that update you with the status of your order. Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You can always click the order number in your order confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email that has tracking numbers and information.

Are there any stores that sell SOFTLI products?

Not currently, but we are in the process of getting into multiple stores!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Customers living in the United States will receive their order within 2-5 business days. The SOFTLI Paradigm timepieces typically arrive in 2-3 days (Card Holders as well). 

Customers Outside of the United States can expect to receive their order in 7-21 days.

Is Shipping free?

Which carrier do you use to ship orders?

We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL depending on where the package is going and which carrier can get it there the fastest.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer free returns & exchanges?

Yes, we offer free returns and exchanges for customers living in the United States and Canada.

Customers outside of United States and Canada will be responsible for the costs associated with the return. You may ship with any carrier you choose. (We recommend you receive tracking numbers so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during the delivery to SOFTLI.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are unsatisfied, you may return eligible SOFTLI merchandise. However, this must be done within 30 days of receiving your order, and the items must be unused and in original condition (Including all original packaging). All returned items must meet the above terms, or they will be shipped back to you at your expense.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Customers in United States and Canada: Email us at Info@SoftliSeattle.com with "RETURN" In the subject. We will then send you a return label to use for the return shipment.

Customers outside of United States and Canada: Email us at info@softliseattle.com and let us know that you will be returning/exchanging your product(s). Exchanges are free, however you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return. You may ship with any carrier you choose. Warranty & Repair

What is the warranty on the SOFTLI watches?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our watches and watch straps. Beginning from the date of purchase, we guarantee your watch and strap will be free of any and all defects from the manufacturer. General wear & tear, misuse, personal damage, and theft will not be covered by the warranty. This warranty does not cover purchases from unauthorized resellers.

What is the warranty on the SOFTLI leather products?

Our products are made from only the highest quality materials and built by experienced manufacturers. We stand by the quality of our Leather products 100%. Therefore, we offer a lifetime warranty for these hand-crafted, high-quality goods. This warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects.

General aging of the leather, misuse, personal damage, and theft will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover purchases from unauthorized resellers.

How do I get my SOFTLI watch repaired?

If your watch needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing error and is still under warranty, send us an email with "REPAIR" in the subject line. We will then send you a return shipping label to send your watch back to us. We will then have it repaired immediately and sent back to you.

If your watch is no longer under warranty or needs repair due to misuse or personal damage, we recommend taking your watch to your local watch repair shop!
